The Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) has announced a significant victory over the PP regime forces in the villages of Tullu Taji (Tole district) and Simbiro Cirracha (Bacho district) in the Southwest Shaggar region.
In Tullu Taji village, under the administration of Jijiga city, the OLA neutralized 9 enemy soldiers and wounded 7 others during a successful operation.
In a separate but coordinated offensive in Simbiro Cirracha village of Bacho district, 20 PP soldiers were neutralized and 9 others sustained serious injuries.
During the engagements, the OLA also captured two enemy commanders and one soldier alive.
In terms of seized equipment, the OLA recovered the following from the enemy forces:
1 heavy machine gun
1 sniper rifle
5 Turkish-made AKM rifles
4 standard AKM rifles
The OLA reiterated its commitment to intensifying operations until the region is liberated from fascist control.
