Confusion made in the name of “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” is not accepted, and it is contrary to Oromo people struggle.

At this critical time when the struggle of Oromo Liberation movement is on 11th hour, we are noticing various groups that pretend as “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” are creating confusion within our community. Its an open secret for everyone that “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” played a pivotal role in the social movement that brought the currently hijacked change.
Today, the same group, brave “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo”s, are organized under the structure of OLF-OLA higher leadership and sacrificing in the fight against blood sucking regime. On the meeting we held with higher leaders of Oromo Liberation movement on November 08, 2021 and acknowledged by OLF-OLA leadership it was made clear that “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” is structured under OLF-OLA. Since then, “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” have been executing missions and responsibilities in Oromia under the OLF-OLA leadership. However, we would like to make clear that any activity made in the name of “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” which is not under OLF-OLA leadership knowledge is not acceptable and will create confusion among Qeerroos creating a hurdle to the movement.
It must be clear that statements and press release from “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” is broadcasted on Sagalee Qeerroo program aired every Thursday and Sunday at 7-7:30 PM EAT and Oromia National Miedia (ONM-ABO) to reach out to our beloved Oromo community.
Any entity that pretends as if “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” made a press release through different formal and informal channels which are not mentioned above will not represent us.
Cognizant of these, those who are creating confusion in the name of “Qeerroo Bilisummaa Oromoo” should restrain themselves from such a destructive and irresponsible action and they will not stop us from executing mission and responsibility given to us by OLA in a fight against the enemy that is killing, detaining, and displacing our people.
If these groups creating confusion in our community will not stop from their evil act, we will keep in exposing these groups and fight against them.
Finally, we call up on all Qeerroo’s to intensify the liberation struggle with more passion and intensity to ensure delivery of free Oromia for Oromos.
