The genocidal PP regime’s military forces have committed another horrific sexual violence crime against Oromo civilians, raping two young women in Guutoo Giddaa district of East Wallagga on May 14, 2025.

CRIME DETAILS:
The fascist soldiers abducted the two innocent girls from their family home and took them to Abbaa Horii River area where they were brutally gang-raped. Local sources confirm the victims suffered severe physical and psychological trauma, losing consciousness after the assault.
RESCUE EFFORTS:
Villagers found the unconscious victims in a nearby forest and transported them to Naqamtee town hospital where they remain in critical condition.
EYEWITNESS TESTIMONY:
“These animals in uniform dragged the girls screaming into the forest. We heard their cries for hours but couldn’t help – the soldiers threatened to shoot anyone who intervened,” a traumatized neighbor reported anonymously.
HISTORIC PATTERN:
This atrocity follows the Ethiopian military’s well-documented strategy of using sexual violence as a weapon of war against Oromo women and girls. Since 2020, over 1,200 rape cases by government forces have been reported in Oromia alone.
