Today, November 1, 2024, brigades of the OLA Central Command targeted regime forces at two strategic locations in the Wacaalee district, resulting in the elimination of 120 regime soldiers.
The first assault took place at a regime military camp in Kaarraa town, where 67 regime soldiers were taken out. In a second operation, OLA forces attacked a military patrol car and a transport truck in the Bachoo Falimii area, neutralizing an additional 53 regime soldiers.
Several local administrators, notorious for targeting the community over alleged OLA affiliations, were also neutralized in these operations. The OLA seized a substantial arsenal, including AK-47 rifles, explosives, and ammunition, further fortifying our capabilities in the region.
These recent, offensives are direct responses to the regime’s intensified assaults and its empty declaration of a “final offensive” to end resistance within two to three months. The OLA will continue to counter all aggression.
