A well-deserved and timely public announcement of the high-level talks was withheld from our people to enable a secure transfer of the OLF-OLA leadership from the frontlines in Oromia to the venue in Tanzania.
We remain committed to finding a peaceful political settlement that realizes the aspirations of our people and honors the sacrifices of our martyrs. The OLF-OLA will make further updates as the peace talks conclude.
