In keeping with Abiy`s speech in Nekemte, the ENDF has intensified instigation of communal violence between the Oromo and Amhara communities in Oromia by appearing protective of the latter and arming them against their fellow Oromo neighbors. Serious incidents have begun to emerge in West Shewa.
