Fake and deceptive rally orchestrated, and organized by prosperity part (PP) in Salalee oromiyaa

Sep 2, 2024

It has been customary in Itoophiaan empire to fabricate everything from economic growth to nonexistent development, and now peace rally. All successive Itoophiaan rulers had relied on deception and fabrication in order to prolong their dictatorial rule over their subjects. Their intended target audience of their fabrication is always local people first and then by extension international communities. Both Abiy Ahmed and Shiimalis Abdissaa on many occasions raised the issue of peace between OLA and their regime. On all these occasions that seems to have continued to this day, they attempted to hoodwink innocent Oromo public as if they really wanted peace, when the fact is contrary.

The intention of their pathological lie that seems to be endless is very clear. It meant to present them (the bad guys) who are actively engaged in terrorizing Oromo civilians on a daily basis in a good light, while painting Oromo liberation army (OLA) as bad guys. The current criminal regime of Abiy Ahmed is trying hard to present itself as a peace loving entity while deploying his criminal and barbaric security forces across Oromiyaa, and committing untold atrocities against innocent civilians. The mass incarceration and massacre is becoming increasingly common across oromiyaa.

Recently in Arsi Zone, in central oromiyaa, and Western oromiyaa many innocent oromos have been shot dead without committing any crime while many others are either being tortured or simply imprisoned without any due process. Since they forcefully grabbed Qeerroo’s victory in 2018, this regime has done nothing that could uplift Oromos from poverty except waging endless violence against innocent civilians in pretense of supporters of Oromo liberation army (OLA). It’s laughable when a regime with this magnitude of propensity for violence paints itself as a peace seeking regime.

If this regime is really hungry for peace as it attempts to portray itself, then can someone explain why they decided to pull out of the peace negotiation held between the Abiy regime and Oromo liberation army (OLA) in Zanzibar, Tanzania? In fact, according to some sources the 2nd peace negotiation that was facilitated and observed by representatives from Europe and the United States, was initially going very well. It’s only after Abiy Ahmed was notified that the peace negotiation is headed to producing a result that Abiy Ahmed decided to recall his first delegate of negotiators and replaced them by more rigid and radical groups that hate oromos. The intention of replacing the initial delegates who were on the verge of producing results by more rigid and radical delegates is simply to ensure the failure of the negotiations. The regime did not send delegates to Tanzania for genuine negotiations, but to play dirty political games against the Oromo liberation army (OLA).

The intentions of both Abiy Ahmed and Shiimalis Abdissaa were very clear and they did not want a genuine peace deal. They wanted something else and that is:

  1. Separation of Oromo liberation army leadership from their army, and potentially holding him captive.
  2. While the Oromo liberation army was out of oromiyaa (negotiating peace deal in Tanzania) the regime used that opportunity, and vigorously attacked Oromo liberation army unit all across oromiyaa.

To the dismay of both Abiy Ahmed and Shiimalis Abdissaa their plans of separating (OLA) leaders from their army not only failed, but also blew up in their face as Jaal Maroo managed to return to oromiyaa unscathed despite their ill will of harming him.

It’s not only laughable but also mind boggling when such a criminal group of people attempt to portray themselves as peaceful and peace loving leaders. As pathological lies are synonymous with all rulers of that bloody empire, the outrageous and bold lie of these two so-called leaders was just outright unheard of and never seen before. They reason of their endless lies and the reason they pulled out of peace negotiations in Tanzania with OLA serves two purposes:

  1. The success of the peace deal would force them to share power with opposition parties.
  2. Their tenure on power will be limited
  3. The continuous looting of Oromo resources and land by all of their leadership from top to bottom would come to an end.

The whole shenanigans surrounding peace that they seem to have made their daily slogan is nothing more than a political gimmick to fool the people of Oromiyaa, and by extension the international community. The current power hungry and barbaric regime in Itoopiyaa or Oromiyaa have no intention to resolve multiple crises within the empire in a peaceful manner. They simply play political games in an effort to prolong or cling onto power indefinitely.

The recent fake and fabricated peace rally in Salalee oromiyaa

As explained above the current prosperity part (PP) has no interest in any genuine peace negotiation or resolving the current multiple conflicts within the empire in a peaceful manner. This is self-evident by the regime pull out of the Tanzania peace negotiations, and also the continuous barbaric and inhumane treatment of Oromos across oromiyaa by falsely accusing them of supporting Oromo liberation army (OLA). The grip this regime has on the people of the empire is so tight that people can not even assemble without permission from the regime.

Any rally or protest be it supporting the regime itself must be approved by the regime’s security apparatus. In these types of situations, it would be monumental or totally impossible for people to have a peace rally on their own without being organized or permitted by the regime security forces. The recent Salalee rally is undoubtedly orchestrated, organized, and financed by the prosperity party (PP) itself. It’s well known that in most cases, the government does not just organize rally’s, but also makes payments to the people in an effort to entice them. This so-called spontaneous rally by the people is far from being spontaneous and has a hallmark of the so-called government involvement and orchestration.

Now, one may ask why the government is going to the extent of enticing people with payment and taking them to the streets? The reason is simple as mentioned earlier:

  1. The regime is attempting to make itself look good as if it has room for peace when in reality, it’s the government who is actually anti-peace.
  2. The government is attempting to portray the Oromo liberation army (OLA) as refusing to come to the table.

The telltale sign that clearly shows the whole thing is being staged is, who are people really seeking peace from?. Who is the government in charge that is supposed to ensure peace and security of the people, if the members of the prosperity party themselves are having peace rallies as if there’s an imaginary entity or government that supposedly brings them peace? This regime knows no shame or has boundaries as to how far it can go in an attempt to lie and fool people. The international community is well aware of the lies and deception tactics of the current regime, but ordinary people that reside in Oromiyaa may not fully comprehend the political game being played at their expense.

This regime doesn’t hesitate to use fabrications on a daily basis in an effort to rule the empire indefinitely. In no way shape or form the so-called peace rally in Salalee oromiyaa is organically coordinated and carried out. It was orchestrated, organized, and financed by the regime to confuse people. If the regime really wants peace, then peace is within their reach, they don’t need to call rallies. After all, it’s the regime that refused to settle political disputes in a peaceful manner and chose violence instead.

In conclusion:

An effort by Abiy’s regime to appear as a peace loving entity is laughable when it’s his regime that walked out of peace negotiation with (OLA) in Tanzania, Africa. The Oromo liberation army has repeatedly reiterated that their door is always open for peaceful settlement of the current political crisis. The regime is playing cheap political games at the expense of Oromo nation by orchestrating the so-called peace rally in Salalee in which the regime attempted to paint itself as peaceful entity while at the same time committing genocide across oromiyaa.

A regime whose survival is based on lies and deception will not stop its propaganda at anything, and will continue to lie to its people. Making peace with daily slogans and dissemination of fake information does not solve fundamental problems facing the people of oromiyaa. Appearing on government owned media and regurgitating the word “peace” without tangible change on the ground on a daily basis would not benefit the people who are being subjected to inhumane treatment on a daily basis.

The regime that supposedly brings about peace and security should not pretend as if there’s another entity that should bring peace and security to the people by calling and organizing the so-called “peace rally”. It’s the regime’s responsibility to provide peace, security, and stability to the people they claim to rule. There’s no other imaginary entity that the people of Oromiyaa should expect or seek peace from.

If this pathological liar regime really wishes peace and stability for the people of oromiyaa, then they should do the following:

  1. Stop extrajudicial executions/killings across oromiyaa
  2. Withdraw your brutal, and barbaric security forces out of oromiyaa
  3. Stop looting the property of innocent oromos under pretext of supporting oromo liberation army (OLA).
  4. Stop burning down villages, in some cases with women and children inside.
  5. Stop mass arrest and massacre across oromiyaa
  6. Release thousands of innocent oromos currently languishing in various detention centers across oromiyaa and beyond.
  7. Stop your endless lies and deception, come to the negotiating table and peacefully hand over oromiyaa to the oromos.

No matter what one says or does, this regime will never genuinely seek peaceful settlement of the current crisis. It will continue to play political gimmick until they are no longer able to do so. The struggle of the people must continue until brutality and inhumane treatment of the Oromo people cease for once and for all. It’s our right to defend ourselves by any means necessary, and we seek no permission from anyone to do just that. We will continue to debunk, and expose false propaganda being disseminated by this shameless regime for as long as they continue to produce and publish such ugly lies. There’s no amount of fake rallies or fake news that has a power to mask the people’s truth and justice.
